How does billing work and what if the number of participants changes?

Teams Up uses a flexible billing system: you give us the final number of participants one week before the event, and we bill you based on that number afterwards. So you only pay for those who actually participate. This is deliberately more flexible than with many other providers, so that last-minute changes do not constitute a financial risk.
