What if the weather conditions are disappointing on the day of our event?

There are a number of possible options here. First of all, most of the activities can take place indoors, and in addition we will provide tents under which some outdoor activities (e.g. making fire) can take place and under which our pizza oven can be placed. Finally, we have a large tent available that can be rented at an additional cost. If the weather is really bad, we can mutually decide to postpone the event to a later date.
