Thus was born Teams Up.
Teams Up is the result of two stories that complement each other perfectly.
In 2016, Cédric started Bounce-it: an impulsive purchase of a few bumper balls grew into a mission to make carefree fun accessible to everyone. With an extensive offer and a network of locations, they spread their activities across Flanders at lightning speed.
A year later, in 2017, Contained was founded by Kristof. From his passion for original team building, he brought surprising activities tailored to companies and groups, always with enthusiastic game guides and unforgettable experiences as a result.
Today these two stories are joining forces. Teams Up combines the best of both worlds: original activities, flexibility in locations, professional guidance and a solid portion of fun.

Our milestones
The road to Teams Up was colored by many highlights:
2016 – At Bounce-it Archery Tag added to the assortment.
2017 – Creation of Contained: the first mobile escape room in Belgium.
2018 – Contained is building a second mobile escape room.
2019 – Bounce-it opens Turnhout as 5th pickup point.
2020 – From Contained, Hintseekers emerges and develops the first museum-escape.
2021 – Bounce-it adds Outdoor Escape Games to its product line.
2022 – Contained Develops The Pizza Game: all-in (activity + catering & beverages).
2023 – Bounce-it launches Giftlock (gift linked to an online escape).
2024 – Bounce-it expands with high-end laser guns.
2025 – Bounce-it and CONTAINED merge to form Teams Up, the partner for team building & fun in Flanders.

What is our mission
At Teams Up, we believe that strong team building, a successful family party or a fun bachelorette activity should not depend on a large budget. Too often we see groups drop out because activities become too expensive or unnecessarily complex. We want to do that differently.
Our mission is to market accessible and affordable concepts that everyone feels good about, both the organizer and the participants.

We hebben het pizza game gespeeld met een groep van 20 op het Leenhof. Organisatie verliep vlot en de activiteiten waren perfect aansluitend voor een groep ingenieurs. Pizza's werden vlot gebakken. Top!

Wij speelden het augmented reality escape spel. Fijn dat de aanpak op maat was: we konden persoonlijke vragen toevoegen en het start- en eindpunt konden we zelf kiezen. Het was een leuke manier om de stad (Huy) te zien. Wij waren met 18 en iedereen was heel enthousiast. Top idee! Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

We waren heel nieuwsgierig naar wat er ons te wachten stond tijdens onze teambuilding maar werden aangenaam verrast toen Jalrich aankwam en met vol enthousiasme kwam vertellen wat we de komende 2uur gingen doen. Er werd heel wat afgelachen en de mooie wandeling was een leuk extraatje. Een echte aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een teambuilding om echt de onderlinge banden verder aan te sterken.

Namiddag rond gestuiterd, zowel jong als oud heeft zich geamuseerd. Service voor de ophaling en de bijhorende uitleg was ook uitstekend. Zeker een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lasershootgeweren gehuurd via Bounce-it Mechelen. De communicatie en ophalen/terugbrengen met Cedric ging mega vlot. Best de handleiding die je meegestuurd krijgt op voorhand even inlezen, zodat je alles uit de geweren kan halen. Ze hebben namelijk hele leuke opties en spelletjes. Wij hadden alvast een heel geslaagde teambuilding. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wij hebben bounceballen gehuurd voor een vrijgezellenweekend. Bij afhaling ontvangen door Nick, super vriendelijke persoon. Alles werd netjes overlopen en uitgelegd. Ook contact via mail verliep heel erg vlot en vriendelijk. Wij zullen niet aarzelen om nogmaals materiaal te huren bij jullie.

Bumperballen gehuurd voor een weekend, we konden ze donderdag al gaan ophalen zonder dat ze daar moeilijk over deden. De bumperballen zelf waren ook top. Vriendelijke service
