What is it?
Designed specifically for middle schools, our fields days combine exercise, teamwork and fun. Students go through four top-notch activities: Bubble Football, Laser Shoot, an Outdoor Escape Game around the school and Archery Tag. Depending on the budget, we will work out a formula that suits your school.
How does this work?
Choose the formula that suits you
A field day with quality equipment that fits within budget. It sometimes seems harder to find than the Iberian lynx. Therefore, to give teachers a hand, we have worked out three flexible formulas.
Rental
Formula 1: Collection (rental per activity)
Are you organizing a field day or school activity? With us you rent quality equipment for a low budget. So you can give a whole group of students a day full of action and fun without a large investment.
Pick-up is easily done through one of our many pick-up points scattered throughout Flanders.
- Includes: pump(s), extension cord, cones and a soccer
- Location: playable on grass, indoors or even on the beach
- Fun factor: guaranteed laughing, colliding and scoring
- Activity: shoot targets or compete with each other
- Per set: 1 bow, 2 arrows and 1 mask
- Ideal: for teamwork and competition in a safe way
- Equipment: professional top of the line equipment with different game settings
- Location: can be played indoors or outdoors
- Plus point: easy to set up and suitable for large groups
This is how it works: reserve online → pick up at the agreed time → play according to the manual → return everything neatly.
Guidance
Formula 2: Sports day trailer – €18 per student.
Choose hassle-free and fixed budget: we provide a specially equipped trailer for fields days, divided into four compartments with equipment for: Bumper Ball, Archery Tag, Escape Game around the school and Laser Shoot. A clear manual is included in each compartment so that teachers can supervise independently.

Delivery to school the night before, equipped with combination lock. Teachers can start immediately on the day.

Catering & counseling
Option 3: A guided sports day – €28 per student
With this package, you get four fun activities, and as a teacher, you’ll have almost everything taken care of. Quality and guidance are our top priorities: we make sure everything runs smoothly and safely, while keeping the students fully engaged. It’s ideal for a sports day or school activity that will leave a lasting impression.
The four activities
- Bumper ball: collide, roll and laugh as students try to beat each other on the court.
- Archery Tag: who has the sharpest sights? Students challenge each other with bow and soft-tipped arrows.
- Escape game around the school: an interactive quest with iPads, riddles and teamwork.
- Laser shoot: treat your students to an experience that will stay with them for a long time.
Guidance & organization
- Two head coaches from Teams Up will be present throughout the day.
- They provide the materials and give clear explanations to teachers about bumper ball, archery tag and the escape game.
- The head coaches themselves take charge of the most complex activity: laser shooting.
- Additional tutors can be booked in if desired, allowing the school to further unburden teachers.

Number of participants
At the standard full-day rate, there is a minimum of 60 paying participants. A maximum number? There isn’t.
Age
Both laser shoot, bumper ball, archery tag and the escape game with iPad are perfect for a first, second and third grade field day. We do recommend keeping the grades separate to keep the competition fair.
Location Requirements
Bumper Ball, Laser Shoot & Archery Tag
For this we need an indoor area (e.g. gymnasium) or an outdoor grass field. Depending on the number of participants, an area of about 50 m² is sufficient.
Escape game with iPad
We work out a route of about 2 to 3 km, completely tailored to your preferences. Start and end points are flexible – for example, each student can start and end at the school gates.

What is a sports day at Teams Up?
Our sports days are specially designed for high schools and combine physical activity, teamwork, and fun through four top activities: Bubble Soccer, Laser Tag, an Outdoor Escape Game around the school, and Archery Tag. We offer three flexible packages so that every school can organize a high-quality sports day within its budget.
What plans are available, and how much do they cost?
- Formula 1, Pickup, is the most affordable option: you rent the equipment on a per-activity basis at one of our pickup locations in Flanders and organize the event yourself, with no minimum number of participants.
- Formula 2, the Sports Day trailer, costs 18 euros per student: we provide a trailer with four labeled compartments and clear instructions, so that teachers can supervise the activity on their own.
- Formula 3, Supervision, costs 28 euros per student and includes two lead supervisors from Teams Up who are present all day and personally supervise the laser shooting activity.
Is counseling through Teams Up mandatory?
No. Whether picking up materials or using the trailer package, teachers receive sufficient instructions for each activity to get started on their own, including checklists and manuals. Those who prefer to have everything organized can choose the supervised package, in which two lead supervisors take charge of the day and personally lead the most intensive activity, the laser shoot. Additional supervisors can also be booked.
For which age groups and skill levels is a sports day suitable?
Bumper Ball, Laser Tag, Archery Tag, and the iPad Escape Game are all suitable for the first, second, and third grades of secondary school. We do recommend keeping the grades separate during the activities to ensure fair competition among students at the same level.
How many students can participate?
For the package that includes a trailer or escort, there is a minimum of 60 paying participants; there is no maximum. If you pick up the equipment yourself, there is no minimum number of participants. For each activity, we ideally aim for a group size of about 20 students to maintain high levels of engagement; for large sports days, we’ll set up multiple playing fields simultaneously for each activity if necessary.
What does a typical daily schedule look like?
We have a set start time of 9:30 a.m. and an end time of 3:30 p.m. In the morning, students complete two of the four activities, each lasting 1 hour (including transition time); in the afternoon, they complete the other two, so that by the end of the day, every student has participated in all four activities.
How does delivery and return work with the trailer plan?
The trailer is delivered to the school the evening before and locked with a combination lock so that teachers can get started right away on the day of the event. Afterward, we’ll pick up the trailer; we ask that you neatly organize all the materials again as they were upon delivery, using the checklist provided.

Een fijne teambuilding, goed opgezet en klaar, met leuke opdrachten voor elkaar. Samenwerken stond centraal die dag, wat zorgde voor een glimlach en een lach. Een geslaagde ervaring, groot noch klein, waar collega’s even echt een team konden zijn. 🤩

We waren heel nieuwsgierig naar wat er ons te wachten stond tijdens onze teambuilding maar werden aangenaam verrast toen Jalrich aankwam en met vol enthousiasme kwam vertellen wat we de komende 2uur gingen doen. Er werd heel wat afgelachen en de mooie wandeling was een leuk extraatje. Een echte aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een teambuilding om echt de onderlinge banden verder aan te sterken.

Deze organisatie hielp ons last-minute uit de nood voor de organisatie van onze sportdag. Bubble voetbal en archery tag waren top. Het lasershooten was bij onze leerlingen een schot in de roos ;-). Goeie begeleiding. Escape game was leuk. Wij zijn alvast fan. Volgend jaar leggen we dit opnieuw vast.

Geweldig goed geweest,hebben de bumper ballen de archy bogen en de escape room genomen voor een vrijgezelle dag. Met elk punt waar we niet aan uit konden, mochten we telkens naar Cédric bellen, en elke keer hielp hij ons, daar door hebben we een hele leuke lachwekkende voldane vrijgezelle dag beleeft, dit blijft in ons geheugen en gaan 100% dit ooit terug doen, gegarandeerd 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Sportdag georganiseerd voor 3de graad lagere school. Monitoren waren voorzien voor activiteiten in goede banen te leiden en de kinderen vonden de activiteiten top. Gaan we zeker nog een keer doen.
