What is it?

With this team building activity, we bring the experience of a real escape room to your location. Armed with an iPad and gadget box, teams dive into a mission full of AR images, GPS locations and interactive challenges. Modern, immersive and always competitive.

How does this work?

Choose the formula that suits you

All teams start the escape games at the same time, regardless of group size – up to +20 teams can play simultaneously. The routes (3 km on average) and game duration (approx. 2 hours) are fully customizable. Want to make this team building even more special? Add the add-on “Who is the Mole”, ask for this via the quote.

Guidance

From €35 per person

If you choose the accompaniment formula, you will be completely unburdened. Our facilitator takes care of preparation, guidance and a nice ending to the game.

Preparation

  • The facilitator will arrive on site half an hour before the start to get everything ready.
  • Once the group is complete, there will be a brief briefing explaining the game play.
  • Participants will be divided into teams of five – this can be done in advance by you or on site by us.

During the game

  • Each team will receive one iPad and a game box to take on the road.
  • The facilitator walks with you, keeping an overview and offering support as needed.

Closing

  • Upon completion, the facilitator will take back all materials.
  • Scores are collected via iPads, providing a clear denouement.
  • The winning team will be festively highlighted.

With this formula, you don’t have to worry about anything: we take care of the practical side, so the participants can fully focus on game, fun and teamwork.

Catering & counseling

From €60 per person

With the combination formula activity + catering you not only experience the adventure of the game, but also a cozy culinary ending. A complete team building package in one: excitement, cooperation and dining together.

Preparation & game play

  • Our attendant will arrive on site half an hour in advance.
  • We start with a briefing and team assignment (determined by us or by you in advance).
  • Each team gets an iPad and game box to go on the road with.
  • The facilitator walks with you, keeping an overview and supporting where necessary.
  • The game ends with an announcement of the winning team.

Culinary finale

  • Immediately after the game, our mobile oven is lit.
  • You choose between a pizza format or a BBQ concept.
  • While the fire does its work, everyone can relax and chat about the adventure.
  • Enjoy freshly prepared dishes together in a casual atmosphere.

This formula is ideal for those who want to offer a complete team-building package: an exciting game followed by an enjoyable meal that brings the group closer together.

Top team building - Escape walk in nature or city

Step with your team into the role of undercover agents and go on a mission in the open air. The start and end location is completely up to you, often groups choose to end for example at the cafe where they have a drink together afterwards.

Outdoor escape room for large groups

Our outdoor escapes are completely customized for your organization. This makes the game feel not only unique, but also truly personal.

Among other things, you determine:

  • Duration & distance
  • Starting and ending point
  • Difficulty
  • Company-specific questions
  • Logos or photos as additions

Even extras are possible: how about a wine tasting along the way? Then we simply extend the game along with it.

Augmented Reality: an innovative technology

Our escape game is putting a lot of effort into innovation. Thanks to augmented reality, virtual elements appear in the real world. With an iPad, you scan holograms and discover new clues.

For example, a 3D vault may suddenly appear in front of you on which you can click further to continue the game.

Action Pack with unique gadgets

Our escape games are distinguished by a totally new gaming experience. Not only thanks to augmented reality, but also because of the cool Action Pack full of gadgets – already more than 4,000 participants went with it!

The box is fully themed and includes a microscope (to be used with your smartphone camera), a UV flashlight and a combination lock, among other things. It also contains patterns that you scan with the iPad, after which safes and riddles come to life in augmented reality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can an Outdoor Escape Game from Teams Up take place?

This continues at a location of your choice! Through our high-end equipment we can completely determine both the start and end location of the route…. So provide where you wish to start the activity and we will do the necessary!

With how many people can we participate?

We divide your group into small subgroups of about 5 people, these will compete with and against each other! We can start up to 200 people at the same time….

What if the weather is changeable in Belgian?

In light rain, the outdoor escape game will go on as usual, please provide an umbrella/raincoat and sturdy shoes. If the weather is really too bad, we will switch to an indoor version.

How many participants should we have at least?

For all activities coupled with catering (The BBQ Game, The Pizza Game, …) we apply a minimum of 15 paying participants, for all activities without catering we apply a minimum of 20 paying participants.

How long does this activity last?

Our standard time frame is 2 hours. Longer or shorter desired? This is certainly possible, on request! Or book our mobile pizza or bbq oven afterwards to make the day complete.
