For Teams Up, Flemish Brabant is a region we visit very often: with Leuven, Vilvoorde, and the Brussels suburbs just a stone’s throw away from each other, we’re ready to provide our clients with on-site team-building activities from our central warehouse in Antwerp.
You can pick up the materials yourself at our pickup point in Mechelen, just across the border and easily accessible from anywhere in the province. If you’d prefer delivery, we’ll bring the materials directly to your location—from an office park in Vilvoorde to a garden in the Hageland.
Active outdoor activities such as the Highland Games or Bubble Soccer, for example, can take place on a grass field in the Pajottenland, while The Pizza Game or an Outdoor Escape Game through the historic center of Leuven offers a more urban alternative.

Villa Molenhof in Roosdaal
Villa Molenhof is a charming event venue in the Pajottenland region, featuring a newly renovated space by the water, nestled among gardens and ponds. The venue is reserved exclusively for you, with a sun terrace that opens onto the indoor space.

The Petrushoeve is a winery in the Hageland region, where team-building activities take place among the vineyards. In addition to activities organized by Teams Up, you can also choose from their own concepts, such as a soapbox race or a quad or buggy tour through the countryside.

Explore Leuven, or would you rather stay in one place?
The same applies here: some companies prefer to move around, while others prefer to stay in one place. Our outdoor escape game is designed for those who want to explore the city: using GPS and AR challenges, you’ll walk past the Grote Markt, the Oude Markt, and Leuven City Hall, with the student city serving as the backdrop.
- Entirely on foot; no equipment needed
- Suitable for groups of 15 to 250+ participants
- Easy to combine with a drink afterward at the Oude Markt
- Can also be played in other cities (e.g., Brussels) for teams that are closer to the capital than to Leuven
Does your team prefer to stay in one place? Then the Team Challenge is a great alternative: in up to 3 hours, you’ll complete 4 activities of your choice in a central square or park, without having to travel around the city.
Is your company located closer to Brussels than to Leuven? Both the escape game and other activities can be held there without any changes to the approach.
Pick up in person at our headquarters in Mechelen
Our headquarters in Mechelen also serves as the pickup location with the widest selection: here you can pick up Bubble Soccer, Archery Tag, Laser Tag, and Highland Games—all ready to go and with clear instructions provided upon departure. You can also pick up iPads here for the outdoor escape game.
This formula is ideal for:

Where in Flemish Brabant can you organize a team-building event?
Teams Up organizes team-building events at three types of venues in and around Flemish Brabant:
- the center of Leuven or another city, with an outdoor escape game as the setting
- partner venues such as Villa Molenhof in Roosdaal or Petrushoeve in Molenbeek-Wersbeek, each with its own unique atmosphere

What team-building activities can you organize in Flemish Brabant?
In Flemish Brabant, Teams Up offers a wide range of activities, from downtown Leuven to the Pajottenland and Hageland regions. The most popular options are:

Can Teams Up organize a team-building event at our own location in Flemish Brabant?
Yes, that’s one of Teams Up’s biggest strengths. You choose an activity and let us know your location in Flemish Brabant. Together, we’ll assess the feasibility, and on the day of the event, we’ll show up full of enthusiasm to organize your team-building activity. If you’re working with a limited budget, we can also simply deliver the equipment so you can handle the organization yourselves. Anything is possible—we’d be happy to discuss which option suits you best.
How much does a team-building event cost in Flemish Brabant?
The price depends on the package you choose and the number of participants: starting at €15 per person for a take-home package in Mechelen (bubble soccer, archery tag, or Highland Games), starting at €30 per person for a guided activity, and starting at €60 per person for concepts such as The Pizza Game, which includes catering. If you choose a partner venue such as Villa Molenhof or Petrushoeve, the venue fee will be added separately. There are no hidden costs, and for larger groups, we always provide a customized quote.

Wij hebben bounceballen gehuurd voor een vrijgezellenweekend. Bij afhaling ontvangen door Nick, super vriendelijke persoon. Alles werd netjes overlopen en uitgelegd. Ook contact via mail verliep heel erg vlot en vriendelijk. Wij zullen niet aarzelen om nogmaals materiaal te huren bij jullie.

Wij hebben voor een teambuilding activiteit van onze onderzoeksgroep aan de Universiteit Gent gebruik gemaakt van de bumberballen van Bounce-it. De service was perfect! Zowel het ophalen als terugbrengen van de ballen is vlot verlopen. Alle extra benodigdheden waren aanwezig in een sportzak. Wij hebben genoten van een leuke, actieve namiddag!

Super ervaring met de collega's van HOGENT. We speelden het AR stadsspel in Gent centrum. We werden hierbij heel goed begeleid. De tijd vliegt voorbij en iedereen had een spannende namiddag. Je moet met je team raadsels oplossen, en je speelt tegen andere teams. Het voelde een beetje alsof we in 'de Mol' zaten. Zeker aan te raden voor elk soort team!
