What to expect.
Teams Up combines sports activities with mind games to create a school activity suitable for every high school student. We offer four activities (bubble soccer, laser tag, escape games, and archery tag) that are available in three different packages. Depending on your budget, we can provide you with a customized sports day.

Choice 2: Delivery of our field day trailer
Our most popular formula
Four activities – €18 per pupil
We provide a fully equipped trailer for fields days, neatly divided into four compartments with equipment for Bumper Ball, Archery Tag, the Escape Game and Laser Shoot. Each activity has its own set of instructions, so teachers can guide everything independently without additional organization or outside supervision.
Included in delivery
- One clear trailer with four labeled compartments, each with a complete activity.
- Full equipment per part, including all necessary accessories (such as cones, extension cords or chargers).
- Delivery the day before (or by appointment) to the school, equipped with a combination lock so that the team can start immediately on the day.
- Collection upon completion. We only ask that materials be returned according to the checklist provided.
- The capacity of this trailer is suitable for fields days up to 200 students! Higher capacity desired? Inquire, and we will do the necessary!

The activity was generally very fun! Some criticism I have is that the mole briefing describes some handy ways to sabotage the games, just for the organiser to tell the players some hint for free, effectively disabling that sabotage. There are already hints in the game, so there's no need for the organiser to give any tips whatsoever. I think the materials should be checked better before the start of the game. The batteries were close to empty and some secret codes were close to illegible. Also the route wasn't ideal, but that's more of a location issue, and the organisation can't do a lot about that.

What is a sports day at Teams Up?
Our sports days are specially designed for high schools and combine physical activity, teamwork, and fun through four top activities: Bubble Soccer, Laser Tag, an Outdoor Escape Game around the school, and Archery Tag. We offer three flexible packages so that every school can organize a high-quality sports day within its budget.
What plans are available, and how much do they cost?
For Rentals, you pay 50 euros per dart lane, with a minimum rental of 4 lanes, plus a mandatory purchase of 2 sets of darts per lane at 10 euros per set. For Supervision, you pay 30 euros per participant, with a minimum of 20 paying participants, for 2 hours of supervised play. For the “Catering & Supervision” package, you pay 60 euros per participant: in addition to the darts competition, we’ll provide a wrap-up with our mobile pizza or BBQ oven, including 2 glasses of aperitif per person.
Is counseling through Teams Up mandatory?
No. Whether picking up materials or using the trailer package, teachers receive sufficient instructions for each activity to get started on their own, including checklists and manuals. Those who prefer to have everything organized can choose the supervised package, in which two lead supervisors take charge of the day and personally lead the most intensive activity, the laser shoot. Additional supervisors can also be booked.
What ages are your fields days suitable for?
Both the laser shoot, bumper ball, archery tag and the escape game with the iPad are suitable for a first, second and third grade field day. We do recommend that each grade be clustered so that competition is fair.
Is there a minimum number of participants for a field day?
Of course, if you come to pick up the material yourself, there is no minimum fee. For the formula with the trailer or the formula with guidance we have a minimum of 60 paying participants.
What does a typical daily schedule look like?
We have a set start time of 9:30 a.m. and an end time of 3:30 p.m. In the morning, students complete two of the four activities, each lasting 1 hour (including transition time); in the afternoon, they complete the other two, so that by the end of the day, every student has participated in all four activities.
