School Activities
What to expect.
We bring our activities to your school, ranging from a full day of sports for all students to a single activity for one class—either on your own or with our guidance. We also offer various team-building activities for the teaching staff to help kick off or wrap up the school year on the right foot.
Sportdag
Een volledige dag met vier activiteiten€18 - €28 p.p.Bumper ball, archery tag, laser tag, and an escape game around the school buildings. The groups rotate so that each class gets to try everything once.
We’ll deliver the equipment the day before or come along to help out. Depending on your budget, we’ll work together to make your sports day a success.

You can eat while you play. At The Pizza Game, for example, coworkers combine the ingredients and then take their seats by the wood-fired oven.

Birthday Party was TOP - Bubble voetbal in combinatie met archery tag > dikke FUN - onze 11 jarigen hadden dolle pret - Top organisatie, duidelijke afspraken vooraf - alles vlot geregeld - heel vriendelijk - goed materiaal - warm aanbevolen - Ik zou het persoonlijk voor een leeftijd va 10y ongeveer aanbevelen, de ballen zijn vrij zwaar, in onze groep waren 2 meisjes van 8 voor hun was het echte bounce-werk wat te moeilijk -

How much does a school activity cost?
That varies depending on the package. A full day of sports starts at €18 per student. You can rent equipment starting at €10 per student. A team-building event for the teaching staff starts at €25 per person.
Depending on the plan you choose, an additional transportation fee—€1 per kilometer from Zwijndrecht—plus a fixed setup fee will be added to those amounts.
Are you coming to the school, or do we need to go somewhere?
Teams Up is a team-building company that comes to the client’s location. When it comes to the location, it often depends on the package chosen:
- Equipment rental: Pick up in person in locations including Genk, Ghent, Kortrijk, Mechelen, Oostkamp, Sint-Niklaas, Sint-Truiden, Turnhout, and Zwijndrecht.
- A supervised sports day: we often simply come to the school itself, or we help find a suitable location near the school
- A team-building event for teachers: we also hold these on-site; often, the playground is all that’s needed to carry out the activity and provide catering afterward.
Is counseling through Teams Up mandatory?
No. Whether picking up materials or using the trailer package, teachers receive sufficient instructions for each activity to get started on their own, including checklists and manuals. Those who prefer to have everything organized can choose the supervised package, in which two lead supervisors take charge of the day and personally lead the most intensive activity, the laser shoot. Additional supervisors can also be booked.
What ages are your fields days suitable for?
Both the laser shoot, bumper ball, archery tag and the escape game with the iPad are suitable for a first, second and third grade field day. We do recommend that each grade be clustered so that competition is fair.
Is there a minimum number of participants for a field day?
Of course, if you come to pick up the material yourself, there is no minimum fee. For the formula with the trailer or the formula with guidance we have a minimum of 60 paying participants.
