Yes. The BBQ Game can be perfectly adapted to vegetarian and vegan preferences.
When booking, simply specify the number of participants who eat vegetarian or vegan, and we will provide sufficient and full-fledged alternatives.

Gluten-free sandwiches can also be provided upon request. This way, everyone can enjoy the BBQ moment without disrupting the flow of the activity.

The BBQ Game is suitable for groups of 15 to 60 people per BBQ oven. Within that group size, the game runs smoothly, everyone stays actively involved and the meal time can be relaxed.

For larger groups, we work with multiple BBQ ovens and parallel game setups. This allows larger teams to participate without sacrificing game experience or wait times.

For The BBQ Game, we ideally provide 100 square meters of outdoor space where both the oven can stand and the game portion can go on.
This could be a grassy field, parking lot, company yard or sports field. Because the BBQ produces smoke and must be set up safely, a completely indoor setting is not possible. We always bring tents to set up the BBQ oven under in rainy weather as long as possible, in strong winds this poses a problem.

However, the activities can perfectly take place indoors so a hybrid setup depending on the location and weather is perfectly possible.

The BBQ Game and The Pizza Game are very similar in content. Both concepts focus on fun, cooperation and a relaxed group atmosphere, combined with food at the end of the activity.

The main difference is in meal preference and the atmosphere around it.

At The BBQ Game, teams first play a series of accessible and playful tasks. The game time is followed by an extensive BBQ where we prepare everything on site. This concept is often chosen by groups who enjoy classic barbecue, an outdoor feel and a slightly looser, summer setting.

At The Pizza Game, the tasks are thematically linked to pizza and fire. Teams first play the game and then sit down to freshly baked pizza from our mobile ovens. This concept is often chosen by groups who want something more original, or who prefer pizza to BBQ.

The BBQ Game costs €60 per person, the same price as The Pizza Game. For this amount you get a fully developed team building concept where activity and catering blend seamlessly.

• the electronic game box and all the game materials

• an extensive BBQ on site

  • two fresh pistolets per person for participants to fill with their own toppings

  • choice of fried meats such as sausage, hamburger or chicken

  • fresh-cut greens, sauces and additional toppings

  • two included drinks per person during intermission

• use of standing tables

• tents in rainy weather, if wind conditions permit

The BBQ Game is a mobile team building and can take place at your own location or at an external location of your choice. Everything is provided and set up by us, so your group can enjoy both the game and the food moment carefree.
