The price varies by activity, but generally starts at 60 euros per person, including the activity itself, guidance, and the meal afterward with two aperitif drinks. At Teamchallenge, for example, prices start at 70 euros per person. You can find the exact price for each activity on the relevant activity page; for teams on a budget, we’re flexible regarding location and beverage options. For instance, it’s no problem for you to bring your own aperitif.

In addition to the activities and guidance, we provide a portable pizza or BBQ oven, standing tables, glasses, and napkins, so you can enjoy a comfortable meal right away. You can choose between an all-you-can-eat package or a beverage package, and we’ll take allergies and dietary preferences into account in advance. You’re also welcome to bring your own drinks. We’ll be launching a third catering package by the end of 2026, so keep an eye on our social media for more info.

Yes you can! Our mobile pizza oven or BBQ installation can be used for events without activity, starting from €20 per person depending on number and supervision. Note: this is not our core business, so we mainly focus on team building packages where catering is integrated (The Pizza Game, BBQ Game). For pure catering without activity, there are specialized caterers that may be a better fit. We’re honest: if you only want food, we’re probably not the best match. But if you want an interactive experience where food is part of it – then we are your best choice!

Teams Up works with three distinct formulas. For rentals (from €10 p.p.), you pick up your own equipment such as bumper balls or laser shot sets. You get clear instructions and rules, and organize the activity yourself. The guided formula (from €25 p.p.) means that our professional animators will come to your location, build everything up, guide the activity with enthusiastic animation, provide game explanations and dismantle afterwards. With catering & guidance (from €60 p.p.) you get a total package: an activity such as The Pizza Game or BBQ Game where the culinary experience is fully integrated into the game.

A team building without catering consists purely of game activities. This works well for short sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours, or when you have already arranged something yourself for afterwards. Perfect for athletic groups who will eat somewhere after the activity itself.

A team building with catering is a total experience where the food becomes part of the activity itself. At The Pizza Game, for example, teams play to earn ingredients and fire, then enjoy freshly baked pizza together from our mobile wood oven. The food moment then becomes not just a break, but the highlight of the day.

Rental (from €10 p.p.) You pick up the equipment yourself at one of our strategically located pick-up points in Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen, Bruges and surrounding areas. Budget-friendly and you arrange everything yourself at your location.

Do you still want us to deliver? That is possible for €1 per kilometer driven (from Zwijndrecht).

Guidance & Catering (from €25-60 p.p.) Here you have the choice:

Catering is available for events such as The Pizza Game, The BBQ Game, Outdoor Escape Games, Team Challenge, Highland Games, Bumper Ball, Museum Quests, Darts, Sports Days, Archery Tag, and Laser Tag. This means that virtually our entire range of activities can be combined with a culinary finale.

Yes, that’s possible: play the Pizza Game in the morning, followed by a pizza lunch, so you can let your food settle a bit in the afternoon during our outdoor escape game. Feel free to call or email us to discuss the options for your specific combination.

Thursdays and Fridays in May, June, and September fill up quickly, especially for The Pizza Game and The BBQ Game, so be sure to make your reservation early.
