Rental - simple & flexible

With the Rental option, you rent the equipment yourself and organize the activity entirely at your own pace: you decide when to pick it up, play, and return it, without any guidance from Teams Up. Ideal for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, sports clubs, youth organizations, or companies that handle their own transportation and organization.

These include Bumper Ball, Archery Tag, the Highland Games box, Darts, Laser Shoot, and equipment for Sports Days. Not every activity is available at every pickup location; on each activity’s page, you can see exactly where you can pick it up.

You reserve your equipment and date online using the reservation form, after which you’ll receive a reservation confirmation once we’ve double-checked availability. You then contact the pickup location to schedule an appointment, pick up the equipment at the agreed-upon time—fully ready to play—and simply return it to the same location after use. Along with your reservation confirmation, you’ll receive a manual with all the necessary information, as well as game ideas for inspiration and video tutorials to help you get started quickly.

As of this writing, we have 9 pickup locations throughout Flanders: Genk, Ghent, Kortrijk, Mechelen, Oostkamp, Sint-Niklaas, Sint-Truiden, Turnhout, and our headquarters in Zwijndrecht. This means there’s always a pickup location nearby, no matter where in Flanders you’re organizing your event. In addition, we’ll continue to invest in new pickup locations in the future to further reinforce our motto: carefree fun within easy reach.

The standard rental period is 24 hours, but we intentionally keep it flexible: in practice, for example, you can pick up the equipment on Friday evening and return it as late as Sunday, at no extra charge. For activities with specific conditions (such as Darts, which requires renting at least 4 lanes at a time), slight variations apply; you can find these on the relevant activity page.

Although we deliberately choose to make every activity portable enough to fit in your car (such as the compact Highland Games Box), it’s certainly possible to have everything delivered to your location as well. Please note that deliveries are generally made from our headquarters in Zwijndrecht (Antwerp) and not from every pickup point. In some cases, however, we can discuss whether delivery from a pickup point is possible after all to avoid high shipping costs.
