An on-site team-building event
With Teams Up, there are two ways to host an on-site team-building event: at your own location, or at one of our partner venues if you don’t yet have a suitable spot. That way, you’ll never have to give up on finding a venue. Over the years, we’ve built up a large network, which allows us to always provide the right recommendation.
Do you have your own venue? We’ll come to you
Do you have a company property, garden, warehouse, or large parking lot? If so, Teams Up will bring all the equipment to you and organize your team-building event on-site. No need to rent a separate venue, and you’ll be playing in an environment your team is already familiar with.
- No need to book a separate venue. You’ll save on costs and avoid the hassle of searching for an external venue or location. We’ll bring the game to a place you already have.
- Fewer dropouts, more team spirit. Playing right in the workplace lowers the barrier to participation: no after-hours travel, no unfamiliar location, and no extra travel time that causes colleagues to drop out. The more people who actually participate, the stronger the sense of teamwork that a team-building event is meant to foster.
- A familiar environment, fewer inhibitions. For many teams, playing in their own workplace feels more accessible than an activity at an unfamiliar location.
- Saves time for the organizer. No need to request quotes from external venues or make reservations months in advance: you choose a date and an activity, and Teams Up takes care of the rest at the venue you’ve already selected.
- Works for teams of any size—from a team of 15 colleagues in the office to a company event for 150 employees.
In short: no hassle with finding and booking venues—just a successful team-building event right where your team already meets every day.
What do you need for an on-site team-building event?
Most locations are suitable as is. If you’re not sure whether your spot is suitable, just mention it in your request or send us a photo: in most cases, it’s just fine.
- Space. For active outdoor activities such as the Highland Games, a flat area measuring approximately 20 by 30 meters—whether grass or paved—is sufficient. For The Pizza Game or Darts, a smaller space—even indoors—is sufficient.
- Substrate. Grass, paved surfaces, or a large parking lot are all options. Only in the case of uneven or very sloped terrain will we work with you to find an alternative.
- Electricity. Activities like The Pizza Game or The BBQ Game don’t require any electricity; we only need a little electricity to inflate the bumper balls.
- Setup time. Allow about 30 to 60 minutes for setup, depending on the activity. This will take place before the event starts, so you don’t need to make any special arrangements. We do need to be able to drive up to all areas easily to set everything up.
- What Teams Up Has to Offer. All the game equipment, enthusiastic staff, and the setup and takedown of the play area. You also don’t need to provide any catering.
- Whatever you have planned. Just access to the space and, if applicable, an electrical outlet. You’re welcome to bring your own appetizers to keep costs down.

Don’t have a suitable venue of your own? Teams Up works with partner venues in various regions—from charming banquet halls to outdoor locations—and helps you find the option that best suits your group and budget. When it comes to rental prices for a venue, there are roughly three categories:
- The most budget-friendly option, starting at 50 euros: a parish hall or a sports field
- The most popular option starting at 250 euros: an off-site location with all basic amenities
- the most high-end option, starting at 650 euros, where the location truly enhances the experience

What is the difference between a team-building event held on-site and one held at an off-site location?
For an on-site team-building event Teams Up comes to your own location, whereas for an off-site event, you’ll rent a separate room or venue and travels there. The largest The difference is in time and cost: no separate venue rental, no travel for your team, and no reservation that must be done months in advance. For teams that don’t have time to travel or just want to keep it simple, that’s often the deciding reason for choosing their own location choose. If you don’t have a suitable one yourself location, then an external (partner) location is, of course, still an option.
How much does an on-site team-building event cost?
The price depends on the package you choose. Expect to pay starting at €15 per person for a self-guided rental package, starting at €30 per person for a guided on-site activity, and starting at €60 per person for a fully organized package with catering, such as The Pizza Game. Since you don’t pay a separate venue rental fee, the total price at your own location is often lower than at an external venue.
Can I combine an on-site team-building event with catering?
Yes, concepts like The Pizza Game and The BBQ Game already combine activities and food into a single program, even when held at your own venue. That way, you don’t have to find a caterer separately.
Can we organize a team building on our own premises?
Absolutely. Most of our guided and catered activities just come to you. We just need some outdoor space like a parking lot, a grassy field or even a large indoor space like a corporate hall or gymnasium. For activities like Bumperball or Highland Games, a grass field is ideal, but Laser Shooting and especially our Outdoor Escape Games can be done anywhere.
The advantage of having your own site is that people don’t have to travel, which is especially convenient for larger groups. Plus, you create a familiar environment where colleagues are more likely to feel at ease.
Don’t have a suitable space? Then we can also suggest one of our partner locations or help you rent a site through your municipality. This is often the cheapest solution.
Where in Flanders are you active with teambuildings?
Teams Up operates throughout Flanders. We have strategic pick-up points in Antwerp, Ghent, Mechelen and Bruges, among others, for our rental formula. For guided activities and activities with catering, we come to wherever you have or can arrange a location.
Whether you want to organize a team building in Leuven, Hasselt, Aalst, Kortrijk or a small town somewhere in between, we are happy to drive to you. Transportation from Zwijndrecht costs €1 per kilometer driven for rental equipment, and for guided formulas we include this in the quote.
What if it rains during an outdoor activity on location?
For most outdoor activities, a little rain isn’t a problem, but in case of persistent bad weather, we’ll work with you to switch to an activity that can also be done indoors, such as The Pizza Game, The BBQ Game, or Darts. When you submit your request, please let us know if your venue also has an indoor option. For catering, we’ll bring our own tents anyway so we can cook while staying dry.

Hele leuke team building gehad dankzij hen. Leuke creatieve spelletjes met lekkere pizza achteraf. Van vuur maken, puzzels oplossen met een ‘drugsbril’, tot ballen in de lucht katapulteren. Een aanrader!

We speelden met ons team van +-60 personen het spel 'Wie is de mol' en vonden het super plezant! Het spel is voor iedereen toegankelijk en het feit dat iedereen verdeeld wordt in random groepjes maakt het ook de ideale teambuilding activiteit! Er was voor onszelf heel weinig organisatie aan dit spel wat het des te leuker maakte. Bounce-it had het volledige spel van begin tot einde perfect onder controle en wij konden genieten van de leuke team building activiteit.

What a fantastic company. We were visiting from the uk for the weekend and Cedric arranged everything for us. The Venue choice was fantastic and the people who run the bubble football and archery made it great fun for all those involved. The event itself is so much fun for both those taking part and the spectators and I can't recommend Bounce highly enough.

Wat was het fijn om dit spel te doen met onze familie op een plek naar onze keuze, een park achter de hoek. De weergoden waren ons goed gezind, en de set up zo ideaal dat jong (rond de 6-8 jaar voor de navigatie, iets ouder voor de vragen) en oud (de opa's en oma's genoten mee op een wandeling) er allemaal iets aan hadden. En begeleider Robin deed het ook prima. Echt een fijne beleving!

Heel toffe ervaring. Zowel bij de voorbereiding: heel leuk contact en heel snel antwoord op vragen. Het spel zelf was heel leuk, mooie in elkaar gestoken en een hele uitdaging. Wij hebben alvast 85 enthousiaste medewerkers. Super teambuilding !
