What is it?
A mix of fun, competition and teamwork. Welcome to the Olympic Teamchallenge where it is not about top performances, but about cooperation, smart thinking and motivating each other! For companies, we have worked out a specific formula where teams go through 4 activities chosen by you in a maximum of 3 hours.
How does this work?

The Team Challenge is one of our most popular concepts. This is because the program consists of shorter activities that are completely different each time. Our guides lead everything in the right direction, afterwards you can choose one of our catering options.
Guidance
Price: €45 per person, a before or after afternoon of gaming fun with a healthy dose of competition.

How does it work?
- We start with a briefing and team division: the tone is set, the battle can begin.
- Thanks to a pass-through system, each team plays a mix of physical challenges and clever brainteasers.
- After each game, scores are recorded on the whiteboard and the excitement rises toward the final rankings.
- Our facilitators make sure that between rounds all activities are ready to play again, so you can continue popping undisturbed.
Catering & counseling
Price: starting at €70 per person, an active program with a delicious finale.
The program
- Game fun: you choose your own 4 activities from our offer (including bumper ball, archery tag, laser shoot, …) and play in teams against each other.
- Duration: count on about 3 hours total, including an hour and a half of activities and then an hour and a half of catering.
- Guidance: our team will ensure smooth running and a healthy dose of competition between the groups.
Catering Formulas
After the active part, join us for a nice meal together. Choose between:
- Our mobile pizza oven: fresh Italian pizzas, topped and baked one at a time on site
- Our BBQ formula: sandwiches with choice of meat, halal or veggie options, topping yourself with greens and sauce
- Both formulas include 2 drinks per person. With the BBQ formula we serve beer, with the Pizza formula we serve prosecco
- Non-alcoholic varieties (NA beer and NA prosecco) are also provided

Practical info
Playing location
You choose the location, this can take place indoors or outdoors. We will bring the material, take care of the construction and supervision of the activities. No location to hand? If so, we would be happy to help you search.
After a brief briefing, we divide the group into teams. Ready for awesome fun? Let the games begin!
Minimum number of participants
The Team Challenge is supervised from 20 paying participants. This way there is always enough dynamics and competition between the teams. For larger groups, we can provide additional supervisors so that everything remains smooth and orderly.
Timing
By default, the Teamchallenge takes about 2h30, including briefing and finals. Depending on your planning, the program can be made shorter or longer. This way it always fits within your teambuilding or day program.
Add catering to complete the experience and fill a full afternoon/evening.
Clothing
We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing and sturdy shoes. Depending on the activities chosen, things can get active and intense, so an outfit that allows you to move freely is definitely a plus.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does every participant participate in every activity anyway?
Yes, you can but you don’t have to. You choose: we can split up the group (mind games for those who prefer, physical games for those who want), or we’ll have everyone go through the full program.
How many participants should we have at least?
For all activities coupled with catering (The BBQ Game, The Pizza Game, …) we apply a minimum of 15 paying participants, for all activities without catering we apply a minimum of 20 paying participants.
Wat bij slecht weer?
Wij beschikken over een gepersonaliseerde plooitent van 36 m². Zo is er altijd een droge schuilplaats en kunnen sommige activiteiten gewoon doorgaan onder beschutting. Denk aan The Pizza Game, Darts of onze Escape Games.
What about participants who see less physical assignments?
Everyone can add value during the Highland Games. In addition to the physical challenges, we also provide trials for the Handy Harry’s and the solid thinkers on the team!
Should we provide something ourselves?
No, we agree on a location together and Teams Up provides all the necessary equipment and any supervisors.
