What is it?
A mix of fun, competition and teamwork. Welcome to the Olympic Teamchallenge where it is not about top performances, but about cooperation, smart thinking and motivating each other! For companies, we have worked out a specific formula where teams go through 4 activities chosen by you in a maximum of 3 hours.

The Team Challenge is one of our most popular concepts. This is because the program consists of shorter activities that are completely different each time. Our guides lead everything in the right direction, afterwards you can choose one of our catering options.
Guidance
Price: €50 per person, a morning or afternoon full of fun games with a healthy dose of competition.

How does it work?
- We start with a briefing and team division: the tone is set, the battle can begin.
- Thanks to a pass-through system, each team plays a mix of physical challenges and clever brainteasers.
- After each game, scores are recorded on the whiteboard and the excitement rises toward the final rankings.
- Our facilitators make sure that between rounds all activities are ready to play again, so you can continue popping undisturbed.

Catering & counseling
Price: starting at €75 per person, an active program with a delicious finale.
The program
- Game fun: you choose your own 4 activities from our offer (including bumper ball, archery tag, laser shoot, …) and play in teams against each other.
- Duration: count on about 3 hours total, including an hour and a half of activities and then an hour and a half of catering.
- Guidance: our team will ensure smooth running and a healthy dose of competition between the groups.
Catering Formulas
After the active part, join us for a nice meal together. Choose between:
- Our mobile pizza oven: fresh Italian pizzas, topped and baked one at a time on site
- Our BBQ menu: fresh rolls with a choice of meat, halal, or vegetarian options, which you can top yourself with vegetables and sauce
- Both packages include 2 drinks per person: a premium prosecco
- A non-alcoholic version will also be available

Playing location
You choose the location, this can take place indoors or outdoors. We will bring the material, take care of the construction and supervision of the activities. No location to hand? If so, we would be happy to help you search.
After a brief briefing, we divide the group into teams. Ready for awesome fun? Let the games begin!
Minimum number of participants
The Team Challenge is supervised from 20 paying participants. This way there is always enough dynamics and competition between the teams. For larger groups, we can provide additional supervisors so that everything remains smooth and orderly.
Timing
By default, the Teamchallenge takes about 2h30, including briefing and finals. Depending on your planning, the program can be made shorter or longer. This way it always fits within your teambuilding or day program.
Add catering to complete the experience and fill a full afternoon/evening.
Clothing
We recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing and sturdy shoes. Depending on the activities chosen, things can get active and intense, so an outfit that allows you to move freely is definitely a plus.

What is the Team Challenge?
The Team Challenge is a mix of fun, competition, and teamwork, in which teams complete four activities—which you choose in advance—within a maximum of three hours. It’s not about peak performance but about working together, thinking strategically, and motivating each other, with a rotation system between the challenges and scores tracked live on the whiteboard.
How much does a Team Challenge cost?
The “Guided Activities” package costs 45 euros per person for a morning or afternoon session featuring the four selected activities. If you choose the Catering and Guided Activities package, the price starts at 70 euros per person: this includes two hours of activities plus an hour and a half of catering afterward, with a choice between a mobile pizza oven or a BBQ package, each including two drinks per person (non-alcoholic options are also available).
What activities can we choose from?
You’ll choose 4 activities from a list of sports-oriented and more creative options. Sports-oriented: Bumper Ball, Laser Tag, Archery Tag, and Highland Games. More creative: Outdoor Escape Games, Darts, and Construction Games. This way, you can put together a program that suits your group’s skill level and preferences.
Does every participant participate in every activity anyway?
Yes, you can but you don’t have to. You choose: we can split up the group (mind games for those who prefer, physical games for those who want), or we’ll have everyone go through the full program.
How many participants should we have at least?
For all activities coupled with catering (The BBQ Game, The Pizza Game, …) we apply a minimum of 15 paying participants, for all activities without catering we apply a minimum of 20 paying participants.
What about participants who see less physical assignments?
Everyone can add value during the Highland Games. In addition to the physical challenges, we also provide trials for the Handy Harry’s and the solid thinkers on the team!
Should we provide something ourselves?
No, we agree on a location together and Teams Up provides all the necessary equipment and any supervisors.

Hele leuke team building gehad dankzij hen. Leuke creatieve spelletjes met lekkere pizza achteraf. Van vuur maken, puzzels oplossen met een ‘drugsbril’, tot ballen in de lucht katapulteren. Een aanrader!

We speelden met ons team van +-60 personen het spel 'Wie is de mol' en vonden het super plezant! Het spel is voor iedereen toegankelijk en het feit dat iedereen verdeeld wordt in random groepjes maakt het ook de ideale teambuilding activiteit! Er was voor onszelf heel weinig organisatie aan dit spel wat het des te leuker maakte. Bounce-it had het volledige spel van begin tot einde perfect onder controle en wij konden genieten van de leuke team building activiteit.

De lasershootsets hebben verschillende ingestelde spelletjes. Dit maakt het gebruik zeer makkelijk. Je krijgt mooi materiaal dat je zowel binnen als buiten kan gebruiken. Zeker het geld waard!

Birthday Party was TOP - Bubble voetbal in combinatie met archery tag > dikke FUN - onze 11 jarigen hadden dolle pret - Top organisatie, duidelijke afspraken vooraf - alles vlot geregeld - heel vriendelijk - goed materiaal - warm aanbevolen - Ik zou het persoonlijk voor een leeftijd va 10y ongeveer aanbevelen, de ballen zijn vrij zwaar, in onze groep waren 2 meisjes van 8 voor hun was het echte bounce-werk wat te moeilijk -

Via Bounce-it een teambuilding activiteit geregeld voor onze onderzoeksgroep aan Universiteit Gent. De helft van onze groep was Engelstalig, maar dit was zeker geen probleem. Wij kozen voor de all-in deal, hetgeen ons praktisch de helft kostte van andere deals waarvoor we informeerden (die dan ook nog eens enkel archery tag en geen bubble soccer inhielden). Een geweldige activiteit om op terug te kijken.
