The BBQ Game lasts a total of about 3 hours and follows a set, clear timeline. This way, everyone knows perfectly what to expect and the activity runs smoothly.
About 1 hour before the start
Our team arrives with van, trailer, BBQs and all the game equipment. We build everything up so the activity can start punctually.
Minute 0
Brief briefing by our coaching staff and classification of teams.
Minute 10-45
First part of activities.
Teams play a series of accessible, playful tasks linked to the concept of BBQ.
Minute 45-60
Short break with two drinks per person. We keep it Belgian here with a choice of a pint or a non-alcoholic.
Minute 60-90
Second part of the activities.
Teams continue with the challenges, focusing on cooperation, fun and a healthy dose of competition.
Minute 90-120
Our supervisors light the BBQs and start preparing the food.
Minute 120-180
The BBQ moment.
The meat and side dishes are prepared and served on site while the group enjoys a relaxed dining moment.
The game portion takes about 1.5 hours, followed by an extensive BBQ moment. Ideal to fill an afternoon or evening with team building and food, without feeling rushed.
